Data protection complaints

We want to hear if you are unhappy with how TPG has handled your personal information.

1. Email hello@boxtick.uk with the details of your concern and how you would like us to contact you.
2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, keep you informed and tell you the outcome without undue delay.
3. If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
